55 year old Korean male who underwent screening upper endoscopy examination found to have above mucosal changes at the angularis of the stomach. The biopsy showed high-grade dysplasia. CT scan was negative. At surgery,"two foci of high grade" were detected, without evidence of frank carcinoma.
