Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma of Stomach.

An 80 year old female presenting with chronic dyspepsia. She had been previously treated for H.pylori 2 years ago. The ulcerating lesion measured at least 3cm in its longest dimension. CLO test was positive for H.pylori at 2 hours. Extent of disease work-up including CT was negative for extra-intestinal involvement.
